I loved that movie, and this artwork is great! I tried drawing Toothless before, but couldn't get the head shape right. You have everything right about him, except that extra wing at the start of his tail, but because you haven't seen the movie and didn't have internet, I guess it's not such a big deal. Great detail in the shading and clouds, and wind effects!

I like the facial expression!

This drawing is very good! The shading and body shape are amazing, and I REALLY like the facial expression, which comes across more as sweet than just something to attract pervs D:

Someone below me mentioned something about funny looking lips, but I'd have to disagree. The lips do seem to be in an unusual position, but it isn't so exaggerated that you can't believe a person could physically make that face.

I can't draw girls very well, and I don't want to sound perverted for saying this, but I've been tracing over this character's outline to try and get the body shape right XD

My only suggestion would be a bit more detail in the texture of the hair, but I have nothing to complain about if you leave it the way it is. Great work here! :D

this sums up the entire plotline of "the iron giant". LOL jk, I actually loved that movie.

A background would have been nice, but the shading is great and those arms are awesome! My only dislikes for the character is his wiry thin legs, and how far his left shoulder sticks out from his body. Both characters have amusing facial expressions, and it's obvious that you put a lot of time into the characters' designs and a lot of detail in the shading.

that fire is made of burning win. You know what sucks? I can't add this to favorites until you're scouted >:(. I guess I'll just have to wait. I have no complaints about this picture, not even in the slightest. The character's anatomy is perfect, the wing design looks awesome, and the raging fire is breathtaking.

I like your art style!

The art style makes it look like it would be on a traffic sign lol "DANGER: MOTORCYCLES WITH LAZARS COMING OUT THE BACK CROSSING". Nice work on this!
Just a few tips:
1. Not a big deal, but you can't see the lower part of the left leg. You could argue that it's because it's lined up with the perspective, though.
2. He/she doesn't look like he's/she's sitting on the bike, but running alongside it. This is because his/her rear end is to far to the right (the viewer's right, the motorcyclist's left) of the picture.
3. The entire right leg is missing!
