[Day 289]

great art!

I can see all the time you put into this, especially in the shadows, clouds, and all the little zippers and chains. I'm a huge KH fan, so I know their faces pretty well - in my opinion, Roxas shouldn't have such a round face in this picture, and Xion's nose sticks out a bit too much. Overall, I don't see why this has such a low score :S

Maybe it's the background. I generally don't paint good backgrounds, so I normally leave it blank... But here it needed one.

Unusual...

it's unusual to see such a detailed drawing without any shading (the only shading I can see is on the first panel, and the left arm on the last panel), but this is very detailed and the facial expressions are very joker-like, and the blood effects are nice. the little hahahahaha's in all the negative space are a nice touch.

here is what I think happened:

Joker: HA!
Stranger: what?
Joker: HAHAHAHAHA!
Stranger: What's so funny?
Joker: (attempts a straight face) I'm...(bursts out laughing) I'M GONNA STAB YA! HAHAHAHAHAHA(runs up and stabs the stranger)
Stranger: AAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
Joker: Awww...at least be a good sport...HAHAHAHAHA
Stranger: (Chuckles)
Joker: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA(continues to stab the stranger repeatedly)
Stranger: LOL
Joker: ROFLZ

[Sunset Gunslinger]

Nice picture!

the shading is nice, and all the gear he's wearing looks awesome. I noticed that his knees point outward, which is kind of strange, but what really bugs me is the forearm of his right arm - it looks so bent it looks like its gonna snap. Overall, though, this character is awesome. I especially like all the little bullets lining the (insert word for the thing the guns go in XD), they seem to give the impression that a gunfight's about to start!

[Dinosaur]

great work here!

the palm tree seems just a little too big and fat compared to the dinosaur, but I like the idea of something as huge as a dinosaur having to stand on something to get at what they want, so I guess it works out in the end =D

nice textures!

this is fantastic, especially the textures! A couple of the flowers look a little off, but overall the textures and shading you used here are amazing, and I especially like the ripple effect on the reflection in the water!

Thanks! The flowers were a last touch that I hurried on so yes, they look weird unfortunately. The reflection was the hardest part but still fun to do. I suppose shading and textures is my strong suit. :) Thanks again.

Unifying!

Is unifying even a word? I'm not sure. But this is unifying. Everyone is the same in that everyone's different, which is exactly how everyone can stand out and be unique; because everyone is human.

Great use of color!

The robot's green and brown stains could indicate its age, the way its been treated, or maybe both? A fantastic concept, although not entirely original (whoever expects originality in everything is bound for many disappointments in life), the idea of a robot more intelligent than humanity finding contentment in the simple act of sitting on a swing is a very deep statement of, in my personal opinion, the importance of the little things people tend to overlook. My interpretation of this art, including the description, is that people failed to see the robot's ingeniousness, and destroyed him. =(

maybe I'm just seeing things...

...but in the lower center of the picture I see the head of a typhlosion...
The title says it all for this picture! It looks like a color combination you'd see on royal armor or shields!

Hmm...

This is very thought provoking. I had a bit of trouble grasping what this is meant to represent, but I think that's my fault, not yours. This picture seems to represent the worlds laziness when in danger; the girl clearly sees the monsters and fire below, but she makes no attempt to leave the swing, because that is where she had always been sitting, and has become comfortable sitting there. She is clearly in danger, but she does nothing.

Of course, I could be wrong; this is just my personal opinion on this piece.

Mysterious...

I find that this is a more mysterious character...maybe that's why you drew it in an unusual color? You wonder what his face looks like, whether or not he's wearing a mask, and you wonder where he is that's so cloudy/foggy. The biggest question is in the spear; is he stabbing himself or pulling it out? Is he being attacked?

This is fantastic! An incredibly good picture. 10/10 5/5
